It is a winter tundra out there. I LOVE it, but my roommate isn't too happy. We were both bundled up before we left for class, and I made her laugh by yelling, "I can't put my arms down!!!"
I'm used to a ton of snow and ice because I used to live in Michigan's upper peninsula (about six inches of snow per day, minimum), but she's from this area. Wimp.
My car had four inches of snow on it (I'd brushed off six this morning). That took forever to brush/scrape off because of the added ice, but it was fun. I was COVERED in snow when I finished because I was going so fast. Heh...
My history professor rewarded those of us who braved the roads with a big thing full of cocoa and a couple boxes of donuts. Mmmm... We watched a video about the Top 100 things from the 20th century. I was really into it, but he stopped it around number 70 since he was worried about those of us who had to drive home.
Sure enough, I had two inches of snow on my car, and I'd only been there an hour.
It doesn't look like it's going to stop anytime soon. Yay.
