Happy Day Things:

-- a friend I haven't seen since June got a hold of me and said he wants to visit soon

-- Spike kept me from freaking out about rent by acting goofy and talking about bras

-- eating ramen and listening to Deep Forest while in pajamas makes me relaxed

-- a friend of six years who swore he'd never speak to me again (and then kept that promise for a year) just emailed to say he needs a bit more time but would like to open the channels of communication

-- my cat is sleeping with his stuffed mouse, as if it's his baby or something. I'm dying of cuteness overload.

Bad Day Things:

-- the stupid rent check bounced

-- my roommate is going to cover it until I get paid, but I HATE BORROWING MONEY

-- Winamp won't play my .wma files. Feh.

-- I have no plans for New Year's
