Addendum: I will not be at City Club tomorrow, doctor's orders. I ended up calling because I'm having chest pain while sitting in my chair, and she said that I should do absolutely NOTHING but sit or lie down until I'm off the medicine. She added that the second I feel short of breath or experience deeper, stabbing pains, I should go straight to ER... do not pass Go... do not collect $200 (that's the doctor's job).

I know I said I'd post an erotic entry today, but I'm just not up to it. I'm feeling a bit crappy, as my body is adjusting to some new medicine.
My heart was pounding like a jackhammer last night. It wasn't a higher heart rate; It was simply pounding very hard. Getting to sleep was quite difficult, because it was like someone tapping me at all of my pulse points. I had a bit of chest pain today (nothing serious... more like an annoying headache), so I'm going to call the doctor later to see if this is normal. I'm only on the medicine for five days. She gave me a HUGE dose of Prednisone, to be tapered to finish over five days, so I think it may have been the rush of steroids that caused it. I'll see how I feel tonight. I'm smart, so don't worry. If the pain continues, I'll call a doctor to ask questions. My heart isn't jackhammer-pounding, so that's good. I've already looked up Prednisone on WebMD, and it doesn't say anything about this being a serious side effect. We shall see.
I also got put on some wonderful prescription allergy medicine, and I got an extra inhaler since I tend to misplace mine.
I took my math final today. I love Friday finals because there's so much parking!
It was quite easy. I finished in twenty minutes (after waiting forty-five minutes for the teacher to show up... he was in the wrong room).
I'm busy burning all of my CDs onto my hard drive. I love having something to do now that the semester is over.
Spike sent me a novel he wrote. It's quite good so far. He's a talented writer.
