And yes, Duran motherfucking Duran. I can't really get into them anymore (long story), but that was one of my favorite songs going way the fuck back to 1981. I first heard DD on WRIF in Detroit on a late night show called Album Sides - the DJ would just spin one side of an album, and one night they played side 1 of DD (the original, way the hell before Is There Something I Should Know? was added). There is an insanely cool cover of the song by Neurotic Outsiders that they dropped as a b-side, it opens my mix CD that will go in on the SG CD swap. You familiar with NO?

I too was out in the sun today. Damn family, making me do things I'd never do otherwise! I lost some of my pasty whiteness, and I kind of miss it. Oh well, at least I was wearing pants so my legs are still bright enough to use as a signalling device in case I'm ever lost in the woods....
