"Then, I turned around and walked to my room and closed my door and put my head under my pillow and let the quiet put things where they are supposed to be."
I'm thinking Julia because of the sparkly rhinestones. I think that would cute, and I don't know anyone that would make the name association odd - like Ron or Art (that would just be a little weird).
Julia? I have an an Aunt Julia. (Well, technically, she's dead so I don't have her anymore.) (And, technically, she passed before I met her. I know her siblings though.)
And, I'm done. Two out of three internships have been completed. I walked away today with a handful of cards, a certificate of completion, and some really cool ear rings and stickers (bats of course). I sat in my car and almost cried while reading the cards that the staff gave me... no tears were shed though. I feel relieved and at a loss, all... Read More
One more day... I'm almost sad in a way, which is silly. As much as I hate the museum, I like it more than the shit at pool. I'm pretty sure I'd like the museum better if I received pay for the work that I do/did. Speaking of being paid for work, I sent in my resume last night for one of the two paying... Read More
I'm just run down and way stressed out right now. Stressed about home, stressed about work. I need a break. I'm looking forward to this weekend. I am working the Ft Lauderdale Ren Fair and this weekend is set up then on Sunday, I'm planning to go to the Fetish Factory. Ft Laud has a HUGE fetish scene. This store puts on all the parties so I'm making a special trip there Should be fun. You'll have to keep me updated on how Friday goes XO
I went to dinner this evening with me mom - we went to some mexican place. I don't eat meat, so I ordered my entree meat free. Tired, and hungary, I didn't think to fully investigate my dinner when it was placed in front of me, so I started to eat, like a hungary person normally proceeds to do when food is placed in front... yuck..when i didn't eat meat the same thing happened to me. Awful tummy aches and just an all over sick feeling. I am very careful of what I eat because of my food allergies. I totally understand what it is like to get sick over food *hugs*
He's not really a pillar of the community but yeah, he's got some good stuff out there. I'm still hung up on "Say Goodbye".
You feeling better yet? Take that soak and a song prescription?
J'aimerais prendre un bain. One filled with bubbles.Mais le docteur ne dit aucune eau chaude. I'm stuck taking a cool shower. Just a few more days - although that seems to be the story of my life. Just. A. Few. More. Days.
When those days are done, I'll be so excited. Until then, that's one saying I absolutely hate. Avec une passion.
ouch, i feel with you
i hate it, when there's no warm water, but it must be even harder, when you know that there would be
warm water and you are not allowed to use it!
Thanks hunnie, this really sucks but that's life I guess.
Sorry about the cold showers =/ when I first moved into my new house we didn't have water for like 2 weeks So I feel you.
It's not an elephant related rash - that at least has been ruled out. It's either stress, or an allergic reaction to a change of prescriptions. The doctor thinks that it's more of the first than the last, although I have a history of both. Until they're for sure, I received two steroid shots, and some allergy meds that have me feeling just a lot... Read More
stress? from ms. over achiever........ naw, couldn't be.
It does suck that you spent your day off like that. Sorry.
Cows. I had a friend with a ranch. The big white cows..... (i am so not up on what cow is what), but they are all white... and the family 4th of July was always celebrated on the ranch. We ate and drank and there were fireworks and usually a band and was always a good time. Well a drunken hike ensued to a small creek that ran through her dad's land and we also had to walk through literally hundreds of the cows. (they stink btw), They would sort of part , like a bovine version of the red sea, for us but they'd end up following us. They all sort of moved together like a unit, or a school of fish - creepy. Every year the same thing, 4th of July picnic and 400 hundred cows and us walking to the creek a few times and the things would follow us there and back..... it was just unsettling. .....
