I need to remember that it took three months to drop the weight last time, so there's no way it can be done in three days. I know I'm overdoing it, but I'm so impatient.

Good news.

My blood pressure is back to 120/80. It had been around 150/90 for a few months, and my doctor was concerned.

I started watching my sodium (stopped eating ramen and switched to diet soda) and started exercising just a bit. It came down a little, but now that I'm exercising like an athlete again, it's back to normal.

Yay me.
