I was able to go sledding, work on some laundry included snow-soaked clothes & make a run to the store for randomness with my brother and his sidekick. So today I'm much better... The real achey sections are forearms & deltoids. The after-effect of the tendonitis flare-up is primarily gripping and clasping (insert joke here). Like turning a doorknob is two-hand ordeal, I just don't have the capacity to do so with one hand. However, swelling's down & I've done enough stretching and anti-carpal exercises to chance practicing a lil' later.

i banged my elbow the other day and it hurts like a mutha I'm leaving as short of a entry as possible...my arms are all inflamed & sore. I had to restrain a client for an hour and change so, all of my tendonitis problems from guitar playing have stopping by to thoughtfully catch up. Maybe more tomorrow after advil and ice.
