Hmmm...happenings... Ah! This cat I know is having his CD release parties next week! Tuesday at Cafe 9 & another Saturday at his drummer's house, deep within the wilds of Hamden *snicker*. The guy is a curious character. He was/is the manager at the book store I used to assist managing. Certainly falls within the catagory of people who talk at you rather than to you...it's the main reason why he doesn't qualify for the 'friend' catagory. Anyhoo, both events serve more as a reunion to everyone who used to work together happily until this person's arrival in our pond.

I've also been importing audio into my 'puter for tweaking and re-mastering (of sorts). I've enjoyed playing with some bootlegs of A Perfect Circle, Tool as well as my old band. Planning on tweaking a recording of AlienPrincess' old band & hoping to find some of my old DAT's to bring some old music school project back to life...ya know, music geek stuff.

I'm also surprised that we're supposed to get our first snowstorm! My flashing weatherbug tells me it's going to start tomorrow morning and last for all purposes, through saturday night. I'm ready & well layered! And having saturday off means I can go sledding in my 'Rents backyard...they have a giant hill & a pond for skating!
