I know this is a few days old, but re: birth control... argh.. I try to explain to my boyfriend why I'm angry all the time.. bc just refuses to work for me, I mean... in the sense that you aren't supposed to get pregnant it works.. but in the sense that it's supposed to regulate.. nah... and if it does work, it's so strong that it will make me nauseas (sp?) every day.. heh.. sorry if this might seem too personal.. but you know how it is, got ta get it off yer chest...or mine, as it were...

today i went to orchestra for the first time this term. the bass section is huge right now. there are four of us. the guy i played next to today (a no0bie) played everything too loud and too fast. wonder if he does EVERYTHING too loud and too fast. he was also one of those people that wants to make sure you know that he...

so that's an energy pull?

you know I've been thinking about doing that ever since I read the essay on a man who calls himself Fakir Musafar. The essay/article apppeared in Apocalypse Culture, a book edited and compiled by Adam Parfrey.

He was raised on an Indian reservation, didn't really have an education and without anyone showing him how, performed a Sun Ritual....hanging from hooks in his skin for hours....when he was 16. He claimed to live almost a 'double life' in that he had the memories, thoughts and experience of another man who had lived long before who was a Native American, simultaneously with his own. Later he effectively bound himself and pierced himself in a way such that he couldn't escape....he paniced and paniced and somehow achieved a religious experience. When he awoke hours later, he found he could Houdini from his apparently 'inescapable bonds'. When I heard that I was hooked. I am looking for just such an experience.

I watched a documentary on Free Diving and a similar result could be found in that. I used to practice in the bathtub, with plans to eventually take it to a pool during the coming summer. But I decided to stop. It is very easy to die and it should always be practiced with an experienced or alert partner. My record so far is 2 minutes and 34 seconds. i don't think this is alot. I could go much longer.

hey, so geeky but i just noticed we have the same birthday...years apart but...and i'm a musician but by no means classical, more glitch electro pop. i do programming and play guitar. existenz kicks ass and my girlfriend works for MAC. enough about me. still, maybe there is something to birthdays. well, just wanted to say hi. i just put you on my favorites. keep playing bass and tell that other bassist that fast and loud is overrated...bass requires taste and precision.

well, days one and two of the job weren't bad at all. worked with a rad piercer both days. he likes to buy his counter kids lunch AND split tips with them at the end of the day. nice guy.
saturday we had a bunch of hicks in the shop getting tattoos. they were there for hours. they weren't too bad, but unfortunately they weren't...

Missed the hearts... I'll probably see them a hundred more times real soon anyway. You should check out the triggers if you can... They rock hard. You got a fake ID? I'll see what's good comin up and you could come and hang with all of us. Any more jams with that band too?

Animated Spawn or overly computer animated Spawn? Can you tell my preference? Cover artwork for the new HellSpawn Comics is soo fucking hot! I'm not too into comics but that series originally interested me. McFarlane's Toys are the best too. I'm still trying to track down the first Tortured Souls set for around $100. Good luck right?

Hultune sounds interesting. Is she at least friendly?

FABULOUS kitchen set!! My favorite shots are 10 , 16, 18, 26, 36 and 46... Egon Schiele would have LOVED to have worked with you as a model with those yellow nails and the red dress. Congrats on your elevation into official status!

rock on for gettin over yer nervousness. i've been playing guitar for like 12 years but i'm still a nerd when it comes to singing in front of people. i'm supposed to sing a few songs with the band i'm with now but have yet to bring myself to do it. i'm waiting for there to be beer at practice, so i'll hold off on patting myself on the back.
