thankee. the pic of which you speak is like ... fuck must be 3 years old by now. my how time flies. it's not actually of me, but my alter-ego Shadow Ryan, who controls my body after i drink to the point of blacking out. the fight was between me and a good friend, who had also drankened quite a bit by then, so it was more of a fight-club type thing that we used to do alot back then that got a little out of hand. i'm pretty sure most of that is my blood, however.
that said, good luck with not smoking and school. 2 things i hate most in life are probably school and not being high. not being high is a good thing, and school can be too if you use it right. unfortunately i know too many kids who are graduating with nothing other than a diploma, which is a problem. i'm done after this semester myself, and i'm fucking glad. huge waste of money, but i guess i'll end up doing something with it should i ever get around to applying to med schools.
not to be discouraging, but i've never met a reformed procrastinator, so work hard and do it. i procrastinate and it's made my life about 10x harder than it should have been.
amon tobin's got this remixes/collaboration 2xLP out that's pretty good, i especially like this one track he did with kid koala. i got this other album by Omid with some good emcees on it, and it's okay. acey's on a track on there.
this other guy diplo's got some new jams that come recommended but i haven't bought.
dunno. i haven't gotten too many new jams recently. new rachel's and new explosions in the sky if you're inta that stuff. new aesop rock.
by the way. haha. iron chef canada. that's hilarious. i'd like iron chef canada to beat the fuck outta bobby flay. that'd be good TV.

Anyways, cudos to you kiddos for your awesome musical suggestions a few entries back. I am going to make a killing selling my new year's ticket at the door. I don't know why i ever bought it but the concept of paying $50 to go to some glow-stick festival, even though it's in the science center, seems silly, especially since I can sell the ticket for $100 at the door. Well that and I found out all my freinds going there are getting high and I don't want to be tempted or disgusted, either of which is possible. On top of that i have two uber-neato parties I can go to and I'm off the hook in terms of responsibilities. Now I just need my car fixed quick so I can go to the island.
If I don't have it for New Year's I am going to be choked!

If you knew anything about me, or had taken a look at my bookshelf once, in the countles times you've been over, then you'd know, as thoughful and appropriate as it is, I already have this particular che guevara book and by throwing out the receipt (you probably lifted it form somewhere you cracker!) you've in effect, bought me a nice paperweight!
