I guess it is possible to have too much of a good thing as I just listened to the stereo mc's album so much I am now sick of that which was once my favorite. Anyways, cudos to you kiddos for your awesome musical suggestions a few entries back. They were all great recomendations and my player is, thankfully, now sporting some formidable acoustic rhythms. I must say the books are so off the hook. it's like acoustic/folk-glitch which really seems to be doing it for me and is a nice change of pace from the more synthesized sounding glitch I am accustomed to. Anyways, all of you should check out The Soft Pink Truth which is my glitch recomendation and is really ber-neato.
So would it be too presumptuous of me to ask again for some artists/DJ's with whom you're infatuated? I hope not at least because that's exactly what I'm doing right now, right here, as you read. That's right, hungry for more, inspired by my peers, I reach out to you in the hope that y'all have something you want to share with me. To give you an idea... I love DJ Shadow and Krush, adore good breakbeats and am generally speaking, at a loss for anything to listen to that's on par with either of those two DJ's. I love Prefuse73, Wagonchrist, and Nightmares On Wax and am having trouble finding something to listen to that even so much as brushes elbows with the likes of those I just named. Any artists you can suggest will be greatly appreciated and anyone who can bestow upon me a new favorite will share my undying respect and appreciation with screwoff and the optimistress, who have already been so kind and wonderful as to recomend some great stuff*.
