It has been a busy couple of months. I've had no time to breathe. I've been training for a triathlon for the last couple of months. What was I thinking?

How are the few straglers left on my friend list doing? It seems when you leave for a couple of months people clean house.

I had the most amazing weekend. I got so freakin drunk. OH MY!! I ate amazing Oregon food, swam in the river, got some sun. It was so wonderful and much needed. I will post some pics later. Now I'm off to work and maybe a birth.

I'm off to the coastal range to pick some nettles, the hubby will flyfish.

I fucking hate tricare.
Military insurance is absolutley absurd.
I have a mom with a condition that could be life treatening and I want to send her to a specialist and they tell her she can only see a doc that refuses to see her due to the condition on top of not even practicing in OB only in Gyn.
