Nearly 100 Restaurants on the master list. Collecting applications this week, filling everything out and making resumes over the weekend, applying next week. It's a lot of gas money, and driving around ABQ for 4+ hours a day can start to grate on my nerves.

Sunday. The calm before the job-hunting storm that will be next week. Got everything fixed, replaced, cleaned and in working order. That feels good. I'm caramelizing onions, thawing and marinating chicken, roasting red bell peppers and having a strong cup of coffee this morning. I love coffee. The gym beckons, as does the baking recipe packet. I'll likely practice dinner rolls and baguettes this week....
