Well, fingers and toes are crossed that I will receive two job offers early this week. I hate playing the waiting game.

Lots of errends to do today, and I'm not a fan of rain.

i find rain tantric. sexy. mysterious. full of energy.

I don't know why. Bottom line is... having no rain is worse than having it!

When it was time for my Columbia interview as a lowly undergraduate they gave me the standard "Why on earth can we gain from letting you come here?" It is a great question because nearly every answer makes the person responding sound kinda lame...so I said, "Well, that really isn't a relevant question, I think the more important question is what you could possibly do for me." It was cocky. I really didn't realize the odds against me getting in. It worked. :o) Measured confidence with an edge works sometimes. *giggle*

I had THREE interviews and took two tests with the same company today! The first interviewer said to me: "I'll tell you right now, you'd be a tremendous asset to the company!".

The second interviewer knows my old boss for the past 25 years (Small world)!

And they had me interview with the manager of the store where I'd be working!

I have a first interview at a watch store on Thursday, and surprisingly, have not heard back about the group interview!

Maybe I'll hear from them tomorrow.

And a regional manager who received my resume from two different sources has not gotten back to me as of yet either way.

I'm doing follow up like crazy.

I need a gig soon!
