Got a haircut--looks exactly like the one in my profile pic. I should have posted what it looked like before. I didn't get it cut for two months. I liked the way it looked though, and it ddin't irk any of the interviewers. It's just that it was getting a little too full.
I made killer chicken cutlets tonight. I took some of Emeril's Original Essence and mixed it in with Italian spiced bread crumbs, and added more essence to the egg wash, then cooked it in some veggie oil until they were a nice crisp brown. Made a side of Linguini with that new Ragu with extra meat. Didn't have the time to make the sauce from scratch, but I love that new Ragu.
Looking forward to watching that Jane's NY special on Diamonds tonight (Channel 4 at 7pm). Guess it's local only.
