i crave cheese like a crazy person all the time. my favorite is taking mozzerella and wrapping it in basil leaves and just eating it straight. or melting it on bread with basil. oh man. so good!

Hahaha, yeah, it is definitely not winter here! I am getting my resume tidied up as we speak, just so that I can have it ready to go. My company does provide some perks but working from home and additional days off aren't optional. I wish! Thank you for your advice..and enjoy the 50 degree weather!

We didn't have heat yesterday from 5am -6pm and then it went off again at 2am until ....well I don't know. It was back on when I got home at 5:45, but it is still only 60 degrees in here. Still better than the 54 degrees it was this morning.

You are correct.... I have lost much of my patience but don't let others see me or my mood. Often times I just walk away from people who offend me.
Perhaps the world is coming to an end, cause the US is sending another satellite to check out the moon's surface in a couple of days. Maybe they know something we don't and want to move there.

The strangest thing happened last night.
I had two dreams that gave me closure.
One was for my old job and the other an old relationship.
I woke up so incredibly peaceful this morning.

Candy bacon by lightly coating bacon strips in brown sugar and put on a rack in the oven at 375 for about 20-30 minutes until crispy but not burned. (baking at a lower temp recommended but can take much longer). Cut bacon into smaller strips when cooled. Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe dish in the microwave (or use a double boiler on the stove) and coat bacon bits in chocolate. When they are cooled you can put them on top of Peanut butter cookies (also need to be warm from the oven ((Make chocolate covered bacon first, then cookies)) )
