the water is a lot more blue in puerto rico and aruba compared to NJ. though i haven't been to an NJ beach in ages so i can't really say how accurate i am on that one.
i think the sign was referring to within the subway - and looking at the grammar, i can see why that person would place it there. that sign right there is another good use for one of those keychain mini sharpie markers. when i see horribly bad grammar it also kinda pisses me off - i even see some of it on SG. one of my english teachers told us that our generation didnt really ever learn grammar the proper way - we weren't taught all the parts of a sentence, etc. maybe thats part of the explanation. either that or people just stupid is a good explanation too...
