I applied for a loan to pay off all my credit cards and consolidate all my payments into one lower interest payment, and got a letter back from the bank declining it because "too many accounts open with balances at max."

Yeah...that was the fucking point of the loan...geniuses...

Silly boy. Banks never give money to people who could use it! Apply again when you don't need it and you'll be approved!

To be serious for a moment, if you don't mind... The bank's fear is that you will max the cards again after you get the loan, then be worse of off and the will lose their money. Is there an option where they pay off the card and close he accounts? They may go for that.

Sounds like the landlord is a dick. Take photos and copies of all documents showing how bad the place is, just in case there are complaints. You might also want to get records of her not being certified or getting her permits organised. Did she declare the rent income on her tax?

Back from the show. I have been awake for 29 hours on 3 hours sleep.
I got 3 new snakes. A female Genetic stripe, a male butter (only snake I am naming...Professor Chaos), and a male chocolate.
Awesome. smile

Business cards came in just in time for the show, and I am glad to say zazzle did a great job.
I found an online coupon for 50% off too, so I got 200 for the price of 100.
Gives me about 150 to hand out at the show, and 50 to save to put in boxes with snakes next season.
