I try not to be too narrow in my views towards varying religions and beliefs. I think they all have a lot to offer.

Nice to meet you. :-)

Its 4:21 here. I was asleep for about 3 hours, then I woke up and can't get back to sleep. Oh joy.

I would love to walk my dog right now. Except hes asleep in another bed right now. Plus the community I live in has this stupid strict rules. Your not allowed to be out, walking the neighborhood, or the police will be called on you. I don't feel like going to jail any time soon. Especially now. I'm supposed to see the Cure soon. Plus I don't exactly like some people in my neighborhood. Knowing some of them, I know they would try to start something.

Thanks for your nice words. smile

Thank you for joining my new group. You are awesome. Please spread the word. Thanks again.
holden_caulfield:
I have MP3s for Rush, Tool, The Clash and Blue Oyster Cult.

I once wrote a college presentation on the analysis of the female characters in "Bladerunner". The theme of our group presentation was "Women in Science Fiction". It was an honors film theory class called, "Reel Women/Real Women". I had film clips for the presentation. It turned out really well, despite doing it at the last minute and being ten minutes late for the presentation (damn college parking). Thankfully, someone from my group gave me some really good research articles.

I got my start in model languages with Tengwar, many years ago. I only got as far as messing with the English mode (like in the inside covers of the books). I don't understand any of the Elvish languages yet.

I'm especially interested in neat writing systems - real or imagined. I love Tibetan, Hindu script, and the D'ni fictional script.

Lots of other examples at www.omniglot.com.

And thanks for your comments on my karate "article". My sensei is really to thank for it - never have I been so inspired by any other teacher.

Hey man, it's funny that you came from the twin cities down to Ames for Prince. It's usually us that have to travel to your city for concerts. smile

More fucking creeps from Minneapolis. What do they feed you silly clowns up there, rotten lamb? Kung Fu for NES can dismantle will. The whole thing is sinister. You put so much in and all you get is hallucinations and obesity. Fun stuff.

Anything dark. Usually stouts. Sometimes experiment with stuff like raspberries or cranberries. Don't have much times these days, but when I can I wanna branch out.

The Passion of the Christ was:
A) A horror show
B) Historically accurate and well made
