Oh, if she was making noise on purpose I would step up there & kick some ass! But, it is more that the building is 30 or 40 years old & is poorly designed. I think she is just walking normally in her apartment is all. Also her living room is right above my bedroom. I mean, sheesh, I can even hear her cat running up the hall.
ANd her stairs are attached to my damn bedroom wall & it shakes the whole room when she walks up & down them. Knocked all my pictures over this mornin' too.
