Sounds like fun, but I'm 'stuck' here in Honolulu for the next few days. There's a rumour that my ship might be going to SF in a few weeks. I'll try and drop by if we do.

I hit Borders today and scored a few new books, so I'm all happy. I'm so addicted to reading lately that I find myself stealing any spare moment I can to crack one open...

Waaah, I wanna go..... HEY! There's a slight possibility that we might be coming to SF next month!! Byron may have a week-long business trip to the Bay area towards the end of the month, I think, and we were thinking of flying me down there and spending the weekend. I'll let you know for sure... Whee!! love

Lube wrestling was still going on, the kissing clown still kissing, Sicily, Coco and Li'l Tuffy toughed it out, but Bombshell Betty, Olivia and...

If you're in SF, please come to the Lusty Lady benefit at Studio Z on 11-29 and help pull us worker-owners out of the red by indulging in a lap dance, a topless shoe-shine, a burlesque performance by SG member, Bombshell Betty or any number of weird, wild and totally twisted sexxxy shows and serVICES. kiss

I used to think people who fumbled with superstition (not spirit) were seeking control, but I had a kind of epiphany and realized they are looking for symmetry and ultimately, a deeper balance. (Think OCD.) The human being craves balance to live in the natural world. Fractals, the environment, individual biosystems shift like kids with full bladders, using whatever device available to achieve the prize...

I was just thinking about things you were into and the mention about French drawings of coffee tables and hats (or was it with...?)...

Maybe it's Alphonse Mucha?

We have to cut ourselves a little slack, and to get the ball rolling I'm going to tell you some things you probably won't hear elsewhere:

FALLACY: You have to love yourself before you can love anyone else.
TRUTH: We learn love through those who love us, and not only CAN we focus our love on someone else before ever turning it inward, but the...

An incubus or other discarnate entity with an astral "penis" came and FUCKED MY BOYFRIEND UP THE ASS while he was lying in bed. He did not expect it, was not asking for it, and did not like it.
This is NOT OK.
I don't care who you are or whether or not you have a body - rape is rape.
This happened to me...

Yah, I dont write Gloomcookie comics, I just like the uhhh phrase(?) I write Mania and Dementia comics, oh so hard to find. But thats me obscure.

my mom's death has always been hard. I dont think your dad dying would be any easier though.

Incubus are just damn annoying. Like in that movie Entity. I am all doped up right now so mind is all foggy but I will write more later when my internet is hooked UP!!

hhhuh i think that is all i had to say
optimistress:
actually- i have had expereinces with an ohter worldly penis- i used to have a "spirit " or whatever visit me and do stuff to me for the two and a half years i lived with my mom before i left home... it molested my friends too- i eventually called a parapstcologist at a nearby college and he told me these things were somewhat common- people just don't talk about them... he also told me to move my bed away from where the poer (electricity) comes into the home (my bed was right by the main electrical box)- he said ghosts have the most power near sources of electricity....
i hated that ghost's visits... they were so odd- i could feel everything, but never really saw much of anything... and i was usually *paralyzed* half by fear alone...
i also woke up with bruises on my inner thighs and stuff too...
weird stuff...

Agree about the country although I am not a politico-historian. I'm a recluse.

The woman who told me that part about selling the house, etc., and writing is a much-published authoress but is I think, on this matter, confused.

Amma Chi hugged me on Sunday. It was almost miraculously serendipitous that I was even able to get out to the Center, and that I ended up in her arms before my ride was to leave. I was originally 3,7XX on the list, but 2 Shiva angels gave us their tokens, and there we were on our knees, crawling our way into the arms of...

Back from Paris. Was beautiful and it was great to see some of my old friends, but life there is even more ludicrously expensive with the euro, and ironically, now that there's a goth scene, being a freak is dangerous (to the freak, that is).
Prague is gorgeous with its castles and churches, though stickily layered in beer and Americans, and hotels are expensive and...

as for (the band) Isis, i'm not sure of their devotion to the Egyptian goddess, but they are fantastic musicians. you may like them, you may not. some info:

You are a traveler! In more ways than one, is my guess. The last time I was in Paris we rented a Citroen and blasted around the southern regions, the Dordogne Valley. I couldn't stop eating that fresh goat cheese in the soft round cakes ... cabecou! It's not to be had here.

Thanks for stopping by my journal. smile
