Dear @reallifepirate, I feel like there are a million words tucked away that I want to say to you ever since Forget Me Not debuted as a set. Can you believe it's been almost half a year since then and that smile left such a lasting impression in my heart and mind it might as well be a tattoo? I know there have been a hundred smiles since, a few songs, and a really impressive attitude as you conquer feats that make them look so easy. You have such a positive attitude and inner strength that I almost feel like attaining the same or even a fraction might be possible. In fact, it's given me a bit of a push to get back into my own workout instead of having so many excuses. I hate every moment so much that I love it. Honestly, I wish I could feel that very vibe resonating off you and allow that warm smile to blind me (it is pretty bright) in person because it's just the thing I need to lift myself up and go get that life I want. I don't know if I ever shared with you, but my teammate, Right Hand Man, is an amputee missing his left arm up to his elbow and despite being a sport where using arms to help brace teammates against opposing players advances is a huge advantage he goes hard and finds his means to be the best team member he can be. That spirit, that heart to do the things some might say were impossible and pull it off earns my admiration in that same heartbeat. Even unrelated to that, your spirit alone that shines through Instagram posts is very motivational. I drop by a few particular people regularly to juice up my own motivation and you happen to be one of those few I try to give my attention to. I don't "like" posts a lot due to laziness in the social media world, but there are two particular people that smile through the craziest stuff and you are one of them. (The other is Sarah Placencia who is the sweetest of sweethearts and has abs that will make me forever jealous.) I felt it was important to offer a more direct message as this week has been trying me and I pushed through pretty well to start my way up the ladder again so I, too, can reach new heights. Keep pushing, play hard, play more guitar, and continue to smile and love. Thank you for indirectly affecting me and being one of the bigger motivators in my life when I really needed to find a source of strength. Thanks for sharing such beautiful sets, too.
