I think shitty/underpaid jobs after college are quite common within Mediterranean countries (I'm from Spain), especially with the current economy. You spend your whole life studying and then the only jobs you can find are apprenticeships (which usually don't even pay) or customer service jobs. After I graduated I worked for two years doing tech support for Apple... which people think sounds cool, but I was just dealing with crazy/retarded customers on the phone 40 hours a week. At least I had awesome workmates which made things much easier! It's the only thing I miss about it a year after quitting. Give it some more time to see how it goes

No worries. The end result is that your country spends a lot of money educating all these people only for them to move to other places with better opportunities.
