It is super important to do it with a shaman. In my country, these healings and natural medicine are widely practiced.

I have already used ayahuasca three times, it has helped me a lot with the cure I am looking for but it is very strong you have to be prepared for the good and bad that medicine can take you in my case the first time was beautiful the other two were not good experiences, however, showed me what I needed to heal in myself
