You watch Wings of Desire again, I'll take Faraway, So Close!.

Faraway was my favorite of the two for many reasons. Mostly I found the plot easier to get into. And Emit Flesti may be the best portrayed devil to ever grace the silver screen. I particularly liked the way they developed his character in the finale - willing to go along with a virtuous mission, given that it was one that spelled doom on both sides.

I'm coming back from Essen with a double-armload of new boardgame releases. You must come over for the geek orgy of counters and cardstock to follow. Bring Jak. We'll get her into this hobby soon enough!
