Sugar will be trained to recognise when I'm having a bad reaction to crowds and pull me away to an open area @luri . Ever since I got back from deploying I've had anxiety about crowds. I don't ever let it show, but @fresa can tell every time and it's definitely something that effects my ability to enjoy a proper time out. So it's a way for me to get away from a bad situation before I have an even worse reaction. It's a good thing 😌
Today was the first time I've been to church (gym) in way too long. Sometimes darkness falls and takes you down to the ground with it.
Well, I've been past all that, at least emotionally, for quite some time. Today I felt like it was time to start truly healing my body to make sure that it kept up with my mental and emotional strength....

It's "The Iron" by Henry Rollins. It's a quick read, basically a short essay on his youth talking about why the gym is so important to him. Any time I need some sort of motivation I'll read it.

It really was! I loved being able to see how it all unfolded from the bts shots and bei witness to the whole shoot. @bindi and @the_mortal did such a phenomenal job!
