I think to help my mental health, what I need in my life is a little bit of structure and to create habits.

I live streamed last night and I really enjoyed it, had so much fun. I always forget how much I love it and get reminded everytime I go live.

So I figured, I really should decide on when would be the best to regulary stream! To decide on a day a week and time! 😊

So I've decided. Every Monday at 6/7pm BST I will be live on SG
