Well, I don't have SyFy, but there's a television network here in Germany called Tele 5 where they have a show called "Schlefaz". This is the short form of "Die schlechteste Filme aller Zeiten", german for "The worst movies of all time". It's my favorite show (actually the only one on free TV worth watching) with two of my favorite comedians presenting the actual worst movies of all time, drinking funny longdrinks that match the movie and commenting the most silly scenes. I love this show so much! Aside from that I have access to tons of similar material via Netflix. :)

Sounds good, the "better" back as well as the new story concept. I understand that writing is a pretty difficult thing (I have tried it a few times myself, but it just didn't work as well as I hoped) so having a character that starts to assume shape should be a good start. :)
