Okay. So, I've always viewed this site as a community. I understand that hopefuls are trying to get their sets bought to become paid models. I get that. But, it's still a community.
It's really starting to piss me off seeing so many hopefuls who don't follow anyone, don't comment anywhere on the site, and basically have zero presence beyond a photo set.
I don't give a damn if you talk to me, but I want to see you talking to someone. Otherwise, why choose suicidegirls as your platform? If you don't want to interact with people, why not find a porn site you can sell your set to? Something that doesn't involve other people. What's worse, I've seen models like this make set of the day.
Now, the reason this makes me so angry, is that I've actually talked to a number of the models here. They're incredible people, and they're part of the community. But they get passed up for models who don't give a shit about community, they just want the paycheck.
I wish I had the means to tip those who truly deserve it, but I'm not in a position to do so. Maybe some day in the future... assuming the site doesn't turn completely into an Instagram dumping ground.
Those of you who do put time into this site, those of you who love what this site once was (and what it could be again), those of you who make this place a community where idiots like me can talk to like minded people... Thank you. Seriously, thank you so much for giving me a place to vent, for taking the time to read my idiotic rantings, and for making me feel like I belong somewhere, even if it's only a little bit.
