Okay. Trying to be rational in hopes of calming the fuck down. No idea why, but I seem to be in the midst of a panic attack. After the initial freak out, I've got my breathing normal, but now I can't stop shaking. Which makes writing this on a fucking cell phone pretty difficult. If I had to guess, I think it was most likely brought on by thinking too much about my current situation. No job, no prospects, I feel like I'm in a death spiral here. Can't focus. Huh, the cat seems concerned. Vape is helping a little. Hope this passes soon. Been at least 45 minutes since it started.

@felicity @elune_ @bookcouple Thanks, after a couple hours of it not going away I dug out my old xanax prescription and took one. Knocked me out, and I've been out of it all day. I remember why I hate taking those pills.
