Using up vaca time, so on another "local vacation" for the year - this'll be the last 'til it re-sets...
and since I don't travel during wintertide, this'll be it for the year
no big plans, just a couple things tomorrow eve & rest of week unscheduled
Spoiled my eldest as a pre-sweet16, ordering Subway she/they wanted, even though I absolutely can't stand the smell of it
( she's lucky I love her! )
after they leave today I won't see her 'til after she turns 16, so wanted to do something for a change...
I don't celebrate birthdays, holidays, etc, but figure she only turns 16 once :)
Still excited as all get-out for next year's 'big vaca' - DC, baby!
flight & hotel all paid, so can just relax for the next 266 days *laughs*
...I AM so very much looking forward to it, though - staying on the wharf just down from the Nat'l Mall :)
11 nights in our Nat'l Capital - with visits to Arlington, Alexandria, etc intended :D
Work's going well - and busy - been in the new offices for a bit now
The apt complex I live in has been sold, so as of next month new complex ownership - hopefully that will go well
Still a little weirdness with banking & with fathre's estate following his death in Jan - not too surprising, honestly
...so, yeah, kind of a lame post, but *shrugs* never said my life was exciting by any means
I did apparently gain 20lbs in 4mths, so need to get my ass moving & walking again *sighs*

8/8 : (wow) they removed the building's security camera - already! - due to 'privacy complaint' ... and someone having already damaged it >:( *sighs*
hells, they're barely able to enforce tenant lease breakage & contacting the PD gets "did you try talking to them first?" responses :(
8/13 : using up some time for the next 229hrs ( 9d, 13hrs for those who abhor math ), so I'll be local just not workwise :) ...a bit planned for part of Monday & my girls this weekend ( with a pre-sweet16 for my eldest ), but that's pretty much it - definitely gotta get more active !
