I’ve been the same way lately. Usually I can sleep with the window open but since it’s been colder I’ve been shutting the window and putting my weighted blanket on with the heater 🤣

using up some time for the next 229hrs ( 9d, 13hrs for those who abhor math ), so I'll be local just not workwise :) ...a bit planned for part of Monday & my girls this weekend ( with a pre-sweet16 for my eldest ), but that's pretty much it - definitely gotta get more active !
