MST3K is good for the soul. I'm still chuckling over some of the lines.
"Alien From L.A." had me laughing to tears most of the way through it, but it's not out on video. "Ring of Terror" is the same (another 1950s B-movie), but also hard to find. I used to have a bunch on tape, including those, but my ex stole them.

between 16 hours of mindnumbingly stupid management ideas, customer trial runs that sounded good on paper turning out be less than desireable in reality, constant machine malfunctions, picking up tons of sheets of corrugated board all i can say is

But, man just imagine how nervous I am going to be with all these people over here! At MY apartment! Yikes! My stomach is going to be in knots. So at the very least, know that you are not the only one. I seem to be more of a social retard by choice... I dunno. And just 'cause you had a not-so-good childhood, does not mean you can't have a great adult-hood!

I had a therapist who showed my a few techniques. Ive never really studied any one kind. Right now Im using a set scene to work my way in to a meditative state.
One of the breathing techniques he showed me was to think of your breath being a color. Kind of breathing in positive energy and exhaling negative energy/stress/anger/whatever. For me I imagine Im taking in blue and breathing out red. I sound like a new age freak, but it works for me.
