i feel a bout of anger/depression/resentment coming on. all day my thoughts have been filled with past memories. old feelings coming to the surface. i want them to go away. i want to forget. i'm tired of anguishing over the past. it's all i can do to contain them and stop them from pouring out for i fear what might happen if they do.

every funeral should be like the one i attended today. my grandmother and aunt both died last year but it wasn;t until today that their cremated remains were put to rest. the extra time allowed everyone to grieve in private and then joke and swap stories about the deceased at the cemetary. it was raining today and a cousin joked that my grandmother wouldn't mind...

today we had a safety dinner at work for 6 months with no accidents. oh man did eat too much... 2 -12oz steaks ( NY strip my favorite!), 5 ears of sweet corn, 2 pieces of really good cheese cake. tommorw i have off of work as i have to attend a memorial service for my grandmother and aunt.

Dude, slow your roll. Your a big guy. If you get heat stroke and pass out it's going to take 3 maybe 4 guys to pick you up and get you to the hospital. Then those guys will get heat stroke from moving you... it's like the Amway pyramid scheme. You get six friends to help move people, then they each get six more friends and so on. Pretty soon everyone in the world has heat stroke just because of your good work ethic.

they messed up something with the air-braking system we use to shingle the sheets for stacking. and chaos ensued...
