spent most of the day biking around town. i stopped into the book store and made an impulse buy.... The Complete Far Side, a 2 volume set containing every published far side from 80-94. the store owner was so tickled to sell it he gave me the discount of the sale he has starting tomorrow ( 11% off )plus, that purchase was enough to ge me a $10 discount coupon from the preferred customer program so my total savings was 21% and to top that off it was too big for me to carry on my bike so TiffanyJewel, bless her little heart, told me to come back at closing and she'd give me a ride home so i wouldn't have to keep it at the store until friday. now THAT is customer service
oh! the store owner told me what is coming out for christmas. The Complete Calvin and Hobbes! i had better start saving now...
