Story of the day..................
WOW!! - I never realized just how lazy a person could get until today
Today it took all of my strength and energy to do the simplest of tasks such as cleaning out my hamsters cage, doing some laundry, and taking out the garbage........not to mention the 2 hour nap I had
To be fair though......I DID go for a 3km jog this afternoon and I have somthing I would like to say to the drivers out there:
Dear Drivers of the Highways I jog on,
I understand that you feel that the roads are JUST for you, but there are a great deal of people in and around the area that actually like to try and keep in shape. This however is NOT an invitation to try and splash mud, slush and other substances found on the shoulders of our highways on me!
The only satisfaction that I get from this whole experience is that:
#1 - I will be in good shape, and
#2 - I know that since you are too busy trying to splash innocent joggers on the highways, you don't seem to have the time nor the motivation to get YOUR ass into shape
Keep on stuffing your face and happy ass expansion

I always try to give bikers and runners extra room on the road. I feel they're in enough pain as it is without me breezing right by them and making them wonder "Will he hit me or not?"
Me, I'm still stuck to the couch. Of course, I have been ill lately.....
