Hope you don't mind me following you, but you seem like an awesome (and insanely beautiful) lady. I love making new friends and I would be honoured to be friends with you. You rock!! :) Hope you had a good week, and I hope things are going well at your new job (it sucks that they won't let you wear your septum ring or dye your hair in cool colours, but I guess most jobs are like that...). I imagine it's easy to forget to take your septum ring out for work. I remember I worked with a girl who had a stud in her nose, which was unacceptable at the supermarket we worked at. Most days she took it out, but one day she forgot and the supervisor made her wear a plaster over her stud (which looked ridiculous and was even more noticeable than her nose stud!)... Meh, some employers have no sense of style! hahaha

OH WOW! That poor girl!! Mine is easy to take out, but putting it back in and popping the little ball in place is a pain, I lost the ball yesterday too so now I gotta wear a ring that a size bigger and hurts a little till I can get a new one. I agree some people just take everything a little too serious!Â
