I was conceived in Jerusalem. When my mother was pregnant with me, my father's professor said to her "your daughter is a Chatzy Sabra. (in Hebrew, Chatzy means half, and Sabra refers to Israelis who were born there)." He continued to say "make sure you tell her to come home." He's still a professor in Jerusalem, I should find him, yes? I should let him know that, although it took 24 years, I indeed made my way home.
I'm leaving in the morning, and I am feeling more happiness right now than I've ever felt in my life. I can't even imagine how I'm going to feel when I step off of that plane, with 300 other people who, as of tomorrow, will be making Israel their permanent homes.
If you will it, it is not a dream
To be a free people in our land
In the land of Zion and Jerusalem.
-- Theodore Herzl, 1902
Also, go check out Dino! Hubba Hubba. Her set went live this evening as part of Second Chance Sunday, and it was definitely well deserved.

YES, you should find him and touch your spirits with a big hug!
Glad to hear you made it to a place you call home, in your heart.
