Definately tape each and every episode... there can be some slow points but you do tend to get attached to the characters. I wouldn't fast forward though... well I guess you could through the comercials. 
Have recently survived my first real one night stand. It could have been more I suppose but I was embarassed for myself when I woke up. Slinked out and disappeared into the night/early morning. Bad idea. Bad fuck. fuck.
