For the past few days now I havent really felt that great. I havent had anything bad happen, just been bored out of my mind. Nothing to really do but sleep and kill time any way I can. Its actually been kind of nice, but something was still bringing me down. I finally figured it out.
If your parents are using you as a go-between in their "relationship" I don't really see that as right. Especially if it makes you feel this way. Is there no way to address this with them?
I know exactly how you feel. My parents used me as a bargaining chip between each other until I was about 21 and reasonably self-sufficient. Of course, I was the youngest, so if you've got younger siblings then I feel for you.
I've actually never found them to be anything but polite and deferential. This is only the second time they've knocked on my door, and I've lived in this house four years. The people who came around the first time definitely weren't such hotties though, I would have remembered. I think I got rid of them that time by telling them I was a Satanist.
Things arent great with my dad but things are slightly improved. I still dont trust him and still have no respect for him. But I dont want to beat the crap out of him now.

He was going to work there but the "red tape" took to long and would have been there a week. So he volunteered, and they feed him and give him a place to sleep instead of getting money
Its amazing how fast a persons mood or attitude can change. Even when that mood is induced with the aid of alcohol. It takes just one person or one thing to happen to change it right a round and take you from a high to a low.

I hope something happens to swing you back around. That is what I'm amazed at more often. That someone or something on SG or real life will make me laugh and to my chagrine I feel better.
