My first day of personal training was awesome! My trainer said I am stronger than he thought I would be. I am always underestimated. biggrin I can't wait to go back on Friday. He is working me very hard so far. I love it!

The weather was horrible yesterday. It was the heaviest storm that I had ever seen. Most of the island was flooded and concrete/brick walls crumbled. I watched mudslides and flooding from my window. I am happy to be on the top floor. The bottom floor of this house flooded pretty bad and was affected by the mudslides.

I couldn't start training this morning. I woke up and started throwing up. I hope that it's only nerves. Either way my training official starts on Wednesday even if I puke. I am currently making Potato Leek soup. Puking makes me hungry.

I cut myself FIVE times today while baking and washing dishes. I also had a vegan tea party for one. I made a chocolate cake with chocolate mocha icing and an oreo cookie pie. All from scratch and all vegan. I am awesome. Well mostly awesome. biggrin

Seventeen days of having a fractured foot. I am so bored. All I do is rest, ice my foot and then wrap it. It is still purple and swollen. The ice and elevation has helped some but it is still swollen and purple. It's hard to walk. I have to hobble to the bathroom and shower on one foot.
