I've work for my job for 3 and half years now. I haven't had any real commute problems other than heavy traffic. Now in the last month since I've started 3rd shift, I've been pulled over and now I've crippled a deer.
Yep, driving into works this evening I caught a deer at 60 mph. Luckily I missed him head on and clipped him with my headlight and fender area.... Still enough to fuck my car up.
Luckily, after calling my insurance company, I feel a little more comforted. Got an appointment right after work at a location where geico has an on site claims adjuster. Place is also partnered with a local rental place, so I should have a decent car awaiting my arrival. We'll see how that all works out. And let's hope I'm not without my car for too long.
