That disc golf set is awesome. I'm definitely going to have to get one for my cousin. Hope you start to feel better soon. Having a lingering cough can be so exhausting. I'm sure this is totally out of your range of comfort, but have you ever tried yoga? It has helped me learn how to keep my cool in stressful situations. Not just the poses that increase circulation and decrease stress, but the breathing practice is something that helps me all day long. When I'm stressed and start to feel my chest tightening, I take a few moments to myself and focus on my breath. It helps me become centered.

@linnova some of these individuals could knock off even the most centered person.  I want to dabble more into meditation for that, yoga is stressful.  Haha.  But have tried some kids yoga with the boy.  Got into the idea from "Zen and the Art of Disc Golf". Amazing how those lessons can translate to everyday life as well as on the course

Come on SG!!! I don't know what the hold up is, but how has @nutmeg not gone pink yet? 8 sets posted in the last year averaging over 1500 likes each. Actually posts things unlike some models. And her and photographers just do some amazing sets.

Why subject yourself to Instagram, it seems to be more negative then "a place to connect" I wouldn't know never been on it but I'd be the 1st to stick up for someone being picked on, that's for sure 👍🏻

@soultry It's not all on negative.  Thats the only time I've dealt with it and that's the only time people bring it up.  IT's the same as any other social media just strictly picture posts.  I try to stick up for people when I can

Life Updates

Finally took in my specimen to the urologist for analysis. Tests came back negative.... Which is a good thing which means I am now sterile. Whose ready for some Fetus-Free Fucking. Haha.

Excited for Halloween this year. Having a toddler helps to reinvigorate parts of life after they've become stale. He started having a good time last year and was getting the hang of it...
