I never thought it would be yesterday's entry that would garner me the most comments I've ever had on a journal. Strange.
So yesterday I cleaned my kitchen, dyed some yarn, and knit a purse that looks like a tulip. Then I went to my friends' housewarming party with my sister. We had grilled lamb steaks and cherry ice cream for dinner. Today I'm going to make cookies and watch documentaries, and not feel bad at all that the things I think are fun are considered to be pretty boring and lame by most standards.
Update: Oh my god, KoolAid was on sale for ten cents a packet! I bought a hundred! I'm currently dying yarn with a combination of black cherry and berry blue. Very pretty. I'm also having lasagne for breakfast. Woo!

yeah, i know how you feel. i personally hate the fact that my second third fourth fifth and sixth favorite things to do hardly ever lead to my first favorite thing.
