Well, hello there! I'm back at last! All new harddisk, no more computer woes. After 4 attempts at installing Windows, my legit copy failed and I had to resort to borrowing a 'not so legit' version from a friend. So much for honesty, eh?
I really missed this site while I had no computer. Very glum, was I. I must shortly reply to all you lovely folk who wrote stuff on my last journal! Thankyou! Anyway, I now have a very spacious reliable IBM hard-disk for me to clutter up with mp3s and other such junk. Ive already started. Downloaded the Judge Dredd game demo. Super-duper it is too!
How have you all been? My week was pretty good. I went into Liverpool last tuesday to see Zombina play her usual night at Zanzi-bar. Fine form they were on, too! The utterly superb and compelling support act, 'Kid Voodoo' turned out to be our favourite Mancunian hosts from the Retro-bar basement! I had no idea the organisers of Voodoo would be in a rockabilly band together called 'Kid Voodoo' (DUH) Small world isn't it? Roy (R-oi!?) and Screech's band also played. They were OK. If you ever see 'Kid Voodoo', you will believe the devil ACTUALLY sings in that band. Brrr.. I shudder at the mere thought of him...
We ended up going out to manchester on Thursday. The cheapo student night at Rockworld is surprisingly good! They played our requests and we all had a top time. Kev got EXTREMELY merry and provided some classic entertainment (in the form of getting repeated slaps from various ladies
). Well, all you freshers at Mcr Uni, you'll have to dance more than you did this time. You can't have us yokels showing you up on the dancefloor! Anyway, the djs said if we bring some cds, next thursday they'll play em. Dance you MUST! I EMPLORE you! Winner, indeed...
I think I'd better sign off, right now. It's as black as the fire-back outside. Have a guess what I'm about to do...I'm going to head out into the torrent and freezing winds to do a spot of cycling. I have my ridiculously bright stadium-fireball lights on my bike, now I need to find some dark woodland to tear up. I will probably get mistaken for a short version of bigfoot's cousin (the clumsy one with dubious personal hygiene) on my return! Wish me luck. Love ya and leaving ya! xxx xxx xxx

Whats this about the Dj's at Rockworld saying to bring your own Cd's in ?,.....bloody cheapskates ! Tell em to go buy their own ! They gonna give you a cut of their wages too when your discs get people up and dancing then ? They're giving us Dj types a bad name ! ( cough,....splutter,....cough cough, etc etc lol !)

but I nearly always miss my sis, unless she's right beside me or at least in the same room as me. Maybe it's different for most siblings. We're just desperately close.
