Hey! Yes, I'm executive chef of the restaurant I work at. I haven't posted much on here about my cooking as I find the blog feature challenging to work with. I loved Edinburgh! If you are there, I  would go see the Castle. Also great is the Scotch Whisky Experience for an interactive tour and tasting (if you like whisky, that is). Two good places to eat are Oink for lunch and The Scran and Scallie for dinner. Finally, Galaxy is a great store for Star Wars related memorabilia. Have a great time!

Hope you had an amazing 🇨🇦 Canada Day! The local Brantford park hosted The Northern Pikes, The Spoons, Junkhouse and The Tea Party (how Canadian is that?). Fireworks rocked too. Probably quite the shit-show in Ottawa....

Holy fuck it was crazy! Never seen that many tourists in my life and as a chef it was no picnic in the restaurant scene! Glad it's over!

Oh man I'm so delayed seeing this! Thanks dude. Unfortunately, I worked all weekend and it's one of the busiest weekends for us at the restaurant :( thankfully I've got some time off coming up for Rockfest, cuz I've been working like crazy!
