So the pigs made it through the operation ok AND the vet bill was $250 cheaper than the estimate... How often does that happen? I gotta poke syringes into holes in their necks and flush it with betadine, stuff ointment in there and feed them all kinds of drugs, twice a day. Poor things.

In other news, I bought my guinea pigs a little stainless steel dog dish. The little dudes had been tipping their old dish over, and I was guaranteed by the petstore clerk that they wouldn't be able to tip this.
Last night, they worked together, and tipped it. *sigh* Cooperative rodent shenanigans.
