If you haven't read it already, and you like grusome books, American Psycho. The book is a million times better (and more disgusting) than the movie.

the only thing worse than drunk dialing is drunk dialing a blind date. i met up with the guy last night, made a couple bad drunken decisions, and now have bite marks to remind me of them. needless to say, there is no second date. i should have waited for the meal. he was a nice guy and all, just a bad way to meet someone.

Anyway, yes, I did finally watch that video, and it was hilarious. I just read that article you sent me - it's a refinement of a technique that was discussed in Scientific American a few months ago, it's pretty interesting, I may still have the article. It has a lot of potential for surgery I think.

What's on your book list? I'd be very interested to check it out - I've been basically doing the same thing for the past ten years or so (mixing things up a bit, of course, so I get to read fun books as well as informative books each year.) I think you'll like it.

I never look at craigslist for anything, so if it were me that lost it, I would just be retracing my steps. Maybe you did that already, or maybe Sam Watterson (also known as "Sammy Dub" amongst my friends) is going to bring down hellfire and damnation upon you for not doing everything in your power to get that iPod back to that person. He'll badger you, but you'll still love him because he's Sam Watterson.
