What is the wisest thing you've ever heard?

"Feelings are just visitors, let them come and go"

This quote speaks to me on a different level. In a time where so many struggle with depression, anxiety, and many other mental struggles, I believe that reminding ourselves that we can let it go is so important. Being an empath, a lot of the time I get extremely overwhelmed when I spend a lot of time running around a lot of people. Taking a minute to meditate and gather my grounding helps me a lot and remembering this quote is part of it.
