A small discussion on who shot first last night.

So last Saturday I took my Level 3 test for Krav Maga. This was 5 hours of none stop moving, defending, attacking, showing the instructors you not only know the techniques but you can utilize them and utilize them under pressure. I am proud to say I passed, I was exhausted at the end but I was also very happy.

I decided to step outside my comfort zone a couple weeks ago and start learning salsa dance. I thought why not, I have never danced before and decided it was time to learn. Been awhile since I had ink done, I totally forgot how itchy they can be when healing, I am using the slap it technique LOL. Plus this one hits right in the bend of my arm, which makes for a painful morning when stretching the arm out. But its healing nicely..
